The remaining part of the week has been quite [sic - quiet].   You will see from Yesterday papers that our food supplies are being cut shorter.   this is the 15th week of the siege.   It is wonderful how we have been able to keep on so long.   I don't know how long it is going to last, but if very long we shall be without cos [sic - because] eggs are 18/- per doz.
